You will be taken out of this site to our online booking system. For any special requests please contact the Hotel directly.
Should you wish to cancel your reservation we require notice by Midday, 48 hours prior to your date of arrival. In the case of cancellation within 48 hours of your arrival date, for individual bookings we will deduct the first nights room rate from your given credit card. For Group bookings (6 rooms or more) our cancellation policy changes to 1 months notice before any charges incur. The same group cancellation policy applies to individual reservations for our County Show week rates in August.
